Elaine Votier Biersack

Elaine has spent 23 years in the financial services industry. Her areas of focus include portfolio administration, operations, financial planning preparation, and client services. She joined Round Rock in 2023. As one of Round Rock’s Client Services Team Leads, Elaine manages a team of Round Rock professionals handling client inquiries and requests, account maintenance, reporting, and supporting the development of personalized financial plans for clients. Elaine has received an Accident & Health or Sickness, Life Insurance License, and obtained her Series 65. She holds an A.A.S. in Data Processing from Norwalk State Technical College.
