Samantha Hellthaler

Samantha joined Round Rock Advisors in 2025. Her strong background in client service and operations, enabled Samantha to step into the role of Client Services and Data Coordinator at Round Rock. In her current position, Samantha supports the client services team by managing client documentation, processing custodial forms, and maintaining data accuracy and compliance requirements. Her focus is on supporting daily client service workflows, coordinating office projects, preparing client files for financial planning meetings, and the timely processing of both custodial and planning documents. Samantha holds a B. A. in Art Therapy from Emmanuel College in Boston.
