Mr. Moran has nearly 25 years of financial experience across wealth planning, investment management, mergers & acquisitions (M&A) and corporate finance.
As a Round Rock Wealth Advisor, Eamon is focused on delivering financial planning and investment advisory to a broad spectrum of clients, including HNW, business owners, and private and public sector professionals. Prior to joining Round Rock, Eamon provided advisory services as a Wealth Advisor at Wells Fargo Private Bank. In that role, he was accountable for prospect identification, client acquisition and for tailoring the delivery of products, services and resources to clients based on their unique needs. Previously, Eamon held M&A roles with boutique investment banking firms Amherst Partners and P&M Corporate Finance. There, he provided transactional and financial advisory services, including buy-side, sell-side and capital-raising services, in addition to strategic assessments, financial restructurings and fairness opinions. Eamon has experience across multiple industries, ranging from manufacturing, industrials and energy, to technology, consumer products and business services, among others. He has also completed numerous cross-border M&A engagements.
Mr. Moran received his BA from Stanford University. After earning his undergraduate degree, he worked for the Republican National Committee in Washington, DC, before joining the U.S. Department of State as a Foreign Service Officer. Eamon spent three years as a diplomat at the American Consulate General in Shanghai, China, prior to earning his MBA from the University of Michigan. He is a licensed securities representative, holding his SIE, Series 7 and Series 66 registrations, in addition to his Connecticut state insurance license. A native of California, Eamon has lived on both U.S. coasts, in the Midwest and overseas. Currently, he lives in Wilton, CT, is married to Ashley, has two daughters.
