Paul Resnik has extensive experience in the investment industry. Before founding Resnik Asset Management Co., Inc. in 1995, he held executive positions at major investment firms including Merrill Lynch, Paine Webber, E.F. Hutton, Shearson Lehman Brothers, and Smith Barney. His career has been a unique blend of portfolio and securities analysis and customer service. At E.F. Hutton, he created and managed the firm’s Equity Research Marketing Department. In this position, he provided investment guidance to the firm’s brokers and, at public seminars across the country, to individual investors. At Lehman Brothers, he was a member of the highly-rated Equity Research Department’s Investment Policy Committee, which worked with securities analysts in determining common stock investment ratings.
Throughout his career, Mr. Resnik has been especially well regarded for his ability to make sense of confusing economic and financial market developments and relate them to appropriate strategies for individual investors.
